Wednesday, 6th February,2013

After reaching school near about 9:00 am, I attended morning assembly. Then I meet all the staff members as usual.There after I checked dak for dated 5^th February, 2013 on link www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in . There was no dak for my school. After this I started my processing for collection of data for student’s profile of class IX students. The class incharge of class IX, Mr. Aanand helped me a lot in this matter.

After this I met BRC, Mr. Ramesh Kumar and J.E. (Public Health Department) with Lect. Mr. Dayanand regarding water supply in school .The water supply in school in not good. It was a long discussion with them .J.E. assured us to provide a good water supply in school in coming days.

Tuesday, 5th February,2013

After reaching school at 8.55 am I met principal sir and other staff members. Then I attended morning assembly. After this I learnt something about ITR file and Treasury work on website http://www.hrtreasuries.gov.in/ with the help of principal sir.

Then I also checked for dak dated 4^th February, 2013 on link http://www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in/ .There was no dak for my school. After some time I gave a reminder for complaint No. 5238 to NICT ,Panchkula regarding computer lab on Toll Free No. 180030100044.Then I took some snaps of school ground while raining.

Saturday, 2nd February,2013

Today I reached school near about 8:40am.After attending morning assembly I did some work on www.esalaryhrr.nic.in with principal sir. And then I discussed with him about IOLM job profile in detail. He assured me to give full support regarding this.
After this I showed him the school’s page www.facebook.com/gsssbhadanasonipat  also. The principal also created his Gmail id with my help and learned how to send /receive mails. I also got some overview about how to maintain RTIs, dak, cash book, stock register etc. from clerk. I also took some snaps of Library which is under construction.

Friday,1st February,2013

Today I reached school near about 8:50 in the heavy fog. After attending morning assembly I discussed with principal about IOLM’s job profile. He appreciated it and assured me to give his full support.

After this I made a staff statement of GSSS & GPS BHADANA with the relevant information of staff members.

Then I did some official work related to SC, BC-A student’s scholarship with the principal sir. Finally, I also got my office besides the principal’s office; really it’s an awesome feeling to sit there.

Then I created the page on Facebook of my school (https://www.facebook.com/GSSSBHADANASONIPAT) and updated it well.

Thursday,31st January,2013

Today I reached school at 8:55 am in a heavy fog. Then I joined the morning assembly. Principal Sir gave a speech to students regarding their coming exams and advised them to study well.

After this I attended a seminar of “Promotional Visit for Technical Education” organized by Hindu Institute of Technology for 10^th, 11th, 12th students.

After this I replied 6 RTIs with the help of Principal Sir. It was new to learn something for me.

Wednesday,30th January,2013

I reached school before 9 am. After attending morning assembly I did some official work related to BC-A, BPL student’s scholarship as directed by principal sir. I also prepared Staff Statement in MS-Word of all the staff members which includes all details of each member.

Then I visit the site with principal sir where construction of library is undergoing and meet Mr. Vishnu (J.E.) also.

Nothing much was to do for me. So I spent my remaining time in staff room.

Tuesday,29th January,2013

I reached school at 8:45 am. After attending morning assembly I discussed about the internet, desktop & electricity problems again .Generator needs some repairing and the computer lab is also not in good condition.

A complaint was made to the concerned department about these problems. After this I did some official work with clerk given by principal Sir which was related to the SC students and AADHAR card. All the work was done manually.

When nothing much was to do then I learnt some concepts about software applications like MS-Excel & MS-Word from my laptop.
